Recording the submissions of both the leamed counsel. the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to fumish the certified copy or original copy of Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) proceedings (to be verified and returned by respondent No.4) along with representation for building permission, within a period of ten (10) days from today. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No.4 shatl consider the building permission application of the petitioner in File No.03 9 1 24/GHMC r r r 422fi ABp r c | 6/2026 dated 03.02.2026 without reference to the impugned rejection order dated 23.03.2026, and pass orderg in accordance with law, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other concemed/interested persons, within a period of twenty one (21) days thereof.
