Heard Sri B. Bhagath Sain. learned counsel for thc petitioner and learned Assistant Government Plcader for Scrvices-lll appearing for the respondents and perused thc rnatcr-ial on record. With their conscnt. this Writ Petition 1S tal<cn up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2 " Learned counsel lor th c petitioner submits that lhc pctitioner llled the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retira-l benefits, despite token numbers having already been raiscd blr the respondent authorities for payment of Lhe amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further s'ubmits that thc lis raised in the present Writ Petition has; already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of .'his Court in W.P.No.23i38 of 2025, wlnich was disposed ol;tide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader fol Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner rvith regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23i38 of 2025 riated 03.09.2025 and submits that the responcents will rclease the amounts on a priority basis of the toke:r numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons aiike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.p.No.2313B of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as cxpeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carrv interest at the rate of 10% per annum. from the date the amount fell due, ti1l the actua-l date of its payment. Miscellareous petilions pending, if any, in this Writ l)ctitiorr. shall stand closed.
