The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the Plot No.8Z Chaitanya Hills, Meerpet, Hyderabad and respondents No.6 to 8 are neighbours; they have constructed houses above the road level and have increased the height of the road and drainage manholes. It is submitted that respondents No.6 to 8 deliberately darnaged and removed the existing drainage pipelines and closed the drainage connection and septic tank thereby preventing nafural flow of sewage water from the petitioner's house. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitted that the complaint/ representation of the petitioner dated 3-1..08.2026 will be duly acted upon in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, without expressmg any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2026 seeking for restoration of original drainage pipeline and removal of una:thorized dumping in respect of the property bearing Pldt No.87, Chaitanya Hills, Meerpet, Hyderabad, by issuing notice to the petitioner and to al other concemed/ interested persons and pass appropdate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
