3. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.
4. Brief facts of the case are that petitioner is the absolute owner and peaceful possessor of the private patta land shed bearing House No.2-1-71, admeasuring 0.0200 Guntas in Survey No.4/6, situated at Yelgoi Viliage, Manoor Mandal, Sangareddy District. Prior to the said sale deed, physical possession of the subject property was delivered to the petitioner by Butupilly Nagaiah, father of Butupilly Pandari, under an Agreement of Sale dated 06.03.2074, and he has been in continuous and peaceful possession ever since. The Gram Panchayat assessed the structure, allotted House No,2-1-77 and has been collecting house tax from the petitioner made from 2021 to 2027, including the assessment year 2026-2027.

While so, respondent Nos.4 and 5 issued an impugned notice dated 25.08.2026 directing the petitioner to produce documents relating to the shed and plot and thereafter allegedly attempted to interfere with his possession and dispossess him from the subject private patta land.
