OFFICE NOTE

01. 19.08.2026

PSK, J & VRKR, J

Mr. N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing for the appellants.

Mr. M.R. Tagore, learned counsel for respondent No.1.

I.A.No.1 of 2026

The instant application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed by the appellants praying the Court to condone the delay of 147 days in filing of the instant Writ Appeal.

Heard.

Upon due consideration of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and also hearing the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of the appellants, we are of the considered opinion that a strong case for allowing the instant application has been made out.

Accordingly, the instant application stands allowed and the delay of 147 days in filing the appeal stands condoned. W.A.No.870 of 2026

The Writ Appeal stands dismissed.
