Heard Mr. M.Surendar Rao, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.Srinivasa Rao Madiraju and Ms.Devara Samhita, learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P.Nos.43188 of 2017, 47125 of 2018, 29998 of 2024 and 30001 of 2024, Mr. Goda Shiva, learned Senior Counsel representing Mrs. Goda Ramalakshmi in W.P.No.12709 of 2025.
Mr.G.Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel representing Ms. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for TGGENCO would submit that a date may be fixed by this Court by which time the exercise of promotions to the employees would be concluded in consultation with the Government, as was already fixed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.4415 of 2016 dated 11.12.2018.
It is needless to state that the affected parties shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing in the process of such review. The entire exercise shall be completed not later than six (6) months from today.
