This application is filed to reopen the Contempt Case in C.C.No.1859 of 2025 in W.P.No.5935 of 2025 and punish the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and to restore the C.C.No.1859 of 2025 to its file.
Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed and C.C.No.1859 of 2025 is restored to its file.
