OFFICE NOTE 2.. 27.07.2026 PSK,J & NNR,J Counsel for the appellant: Mr.R.Anurag Counsel for respondents:

I.A.No.3 of 2026

Dispensed with.

I.A.No.1 of 2026

This application seeking leave to file a third party Writ Appeal is taken-up.

The matter involved in the instant writ appeal arises out of the so-called dispute arising out of land situated in part and parcel of Sy.No.247/6 part, 247/7 part, 247/11 part, 248/4 part and 248/5 part situated at Bowrampet village, Dundigar, Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. However, the petitioner- appellant though not being a party to W.P No.1051 of 2026, he has interest in the aforesaid land referred to in the preceding paragraph. It is also stated that there are certain civil disputes also pending and certain injunction orders are also operating in favour of the petitioner- appellant.

Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any.

Given the said facts, we are of the considered opinion that a strong case for allowing this application has been made out.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2026 stands allowed. I.A.No.2 of 2026

This application seeking to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the appeal is taken-up.

Considering the fact that the petitioner-appellant is not a party to the proceedings, the delay in filing of the appeal also appears to be proper, legal and justified.

Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2026 stands allowed. The delay of 148 days in filing the appeal stands condoned. ________
