This petition is filed by the petitioner to amend the relief granted in the order to extent of condition No.i in para No.6 of the order dated 21.07.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.11072 of 2026.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the record.
Having considered to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this interlocutory application is ordered, by amending the name of the court from “III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Medchal” to “IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal i.e., IX Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Medchal” in condition No.i in para No.6 of the order dated 21.07.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.11072 of 2026
Accordingly, this application is ordered.
