wherein it is stated that while the Municipal Sanitation staff were discharging their duties near NTR Statue, Hyderabad Road, Nalgonda, meantime, two unknown persons came there in a car and stopped the car in the middle of the road and both the persons had covered their faces with masks and they set fire to a cloth they were carrying, which was used to ignite the flower garlands placed around the neck of the NTR Statue thereby causing damage to the statue and its decoration. Hence, she requested the police to take necessary action on the complaint. Basing on the same, police registered a case for the aforesaid offences.

3. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Deshpande, learned counsel representing Sri Mukesh Samala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-State.

4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him; that there is no such offence committed by the petitioner and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; that material part of the investigation is completed; that except the offence under Section 4 of PDPP

Act., all the offences are below seven years, as such requested this Court to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the same and submits that the offences alleged against the petitioner are serious in nature; that the petitioner herein involved not only in this case, but also involved in 16 other cases with similar allegations; that investigation is not yet completed and hence, he prays to dismiss the petition.

6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 17.06.2026. As seen from the record, material part of the investigation is completed and L.Ws.1 to 12 were examined including Investigating Officers.
