This petition is filed by the petitioner under the caption “for being mentioned” seeking to amend the order dated 14.07.2026 in Crl.P.No.10195 of 2026 by incorporating I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal instead of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal.
Heard both sides. Perused the record.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight, the name of the Court was wrongly typed as II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in paragraph No.6(i) is replaced with I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal.
Accordingly, this application is ordered.
Registry is directed to issue a fresh neat copy of the order after carrying out the necessary amendments.
