executing their personal bonds for Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are facing a financial crisis, that they have no source of income that they are the sole earning members of their families and that they have no one to rely upon for financial support. Hence, he prays to reduce the surety amount.

4. Having regard to the above and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners/accused Nos.46, 47 and 48 shall enlarge on bail on execution of their respective personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each.

5. The other conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, shall remain un-altered.

6. With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. _______________ K. SUJANA, J
