she is a married person having two daughters. It is stated that due to marital disputes between them, they took divorce in the year 2019 and she has been living separately with her husband and children. While so, she came to Hyderabad in the year 2023 for employment purpose. In the year December, 2025, she took a room on rent in Allwyn Colony, Jagadgirigutta and living there and by doing tele-caller job in a Real Estate company. It is stated that in the year 2026 the victim booked a car of the petitioner, who is closely acquainted with her and thereafter also he talked with her on many time. It is stated that after few days, the petitioner came to her room and expressed that he liked her and promised to marry her. She informed that she was already married, having two daughters and got divorced in the year 2019. Having accepted the same, the petitioner under the promise of marrying her, physically exploited her on many times and thereafter she came to know that the petitioner is a married person and when she asked him, he refused to marry her. Hence, she requested the police to take necessary action on the said complaint. Basing on the same, police registered a case against the petitioner for the aforesaid offence.

3. Heard Sri Kiran Kumar Balla, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent- State.
4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent of the offence alleged against him and he has been falsely implicated in this case; that in fact the de facto complainant knowingly entered into relationship with the petitioner, who is already a married person; that entire investigation is already completed; that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 19.06.2026 and hence, he prays this Court to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the same and submits that the offence alleged against the petitioner is heinous and serious in nature and that investigation is not yet completed and at this stage, the petitioner is not entitled for grant of bail and hence, he prays this Court to dismiss the petition.
6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public

Prosecutor, the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 19.06.2026. As seen from the record, material part of the investigation is already completed i.e., L.Ws.1 to 13 were examined. The facts show that both the petitioner and the complainant were married persons as on the date of entering into the relationship and under the suppression of marriage, the petitioner physically exploited the complainant. However, considering the period of incarceration, nature of allegation and progress in investigation, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner-accused subject to the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner-accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad.
(ii) On such release, the petitioner-accused shall appear before the concerned S.H.O. between 09:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
(iii) The petitioner-accused shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480 (3) of BNSS).
