ORDER
OFFICE NOTE 10.07.2026 SKS, J The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed the Court to grant interim bail to petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.01 of 2026, on the ground that his presence is necessary to perform subsequent rituals following the demise of his father on 08.07.2026. Although the funeral ceremony has already been conducted by his brother, the petitioner's presence is required for the remaining rituals. Hence, it is prayed that this Court may be pleased to grant interim bail for a period of three days. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is seeking interim bail on the ground of attending his father's funeral rituals and therefore prayed that this Court may pass appropriate orders. Under the circumstances and considering the submissions made by both parties, this Court is inclined to grant temporary escort bail to the petitioner for a period of three (03) days, from 17.07.2026 to 19.07.2026, excluding the travel time required to go to his native place. The concerned authorities are directed to provide escort to the petitioner. During bail period, the petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal acts. ______ SKS,J FM
