ORDER :

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the Docket Order dated 05.01.2026 in O.S.No.1588 of 2009 passed by the IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hvderabad (for short, ,the impugned order'f .

2. Heard Mr. Pranay Sohini, learned counsel for the petitioner Date of order : o,3.07.20.26

3. Vide the impugned order, the Trial Court had closed the right of petitioner herein to further cross-exarf,ine DW.1 and posted the case for final hearing.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court the order dated 17.12.2025 in Civil Revision Petition Nos.7369, 7360 and 7483 of 2018 passed by this Court whereby in the first set of order that was uploaded without cause-title the date for appearance of the parties before the Trial Court at paragraph No.15(i) was shown as "06.01.2026"; whereas, in the second set of order that r.r'as uploaded with cause-title show'ed a different date, i.e., "29.12.2025". He, hou'ever, contended that in paragraph No. 15(i) of the two orders there appears to be some error that seerns to have occurred insofar as the date on which the parties were directed to appear before the Trial Court. In one order, the next date for the parties to appear before the Trial Court vvas given as "06.01.2026", and in the other order, the date for aPpearance of the parties before the Trial Court was mentioned as "29.12.2025". On account of the said confusion, the impugned order came to be passed by the Trial Court on 05.01.2026 closing the right of petitioner to cross- examine DW.1

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further slrbmitted that if the petitioner be given a chance to cross-examine DW. t he undertakes to conclude it on the same day u,ithout stretching further, and shall thereafter proceed to argue the case on merits so as to ensure early conclusion of the proceedings

6. Be that as it may, taking note of the confusion that had arisen pursuant to the two different orders that r.r'ere uploaded in the case r,,'eb site in respect of the very sarne proceedings dated 17.12.2025, this Court is of the considered opinron that ends of justice rvould be met if the petitioner 1S permitted to cross- examine DW.l on the next date of hearing, i.e., 07.07.2026. Further, considering the fact that the matter is nor.r. fixed for 07 .O7.2026, let the pa-rties enter appearance belore the Court on 07 .O7 .2026 and inform the Trial Court about the rrder passed bv this Court to day and thereafter the Trial Court shall fix a date on '*,hich day DW.1 shall be present for cross-examlnation and the petitioner herein shall have the liberty to cross-examine DW.1 only on the date fixed as above and not on an\ further date Thereafter, the Trial Court shall proceed further and decide the matter in accordance with law.

7 . With these observations, the Civil Revision petition stands disposed of. No costs

As a consequence, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, sha-ll stard closed. iSttYl'^Hl"3,t?#l sEdrtoN oFFlcER The rV Junior civil Judge, city civir court, Hyderabad( By Special Messenger' To, I/TRUE COPY// Advocate tOPUCI
