3. The brief facts of the case are that on 28.12.2025, when the settlement talks were being held before the elders, there was some altercation between tu o qroups and that the petitioners/accused Nos' I to 6 have used iron rods and sticks causing injuries to the de-facto complainant and others, therefore the subject crirne was registered for the offences under Section 292, 118(1), 115(2), 351(21 read with Section 3(5) ol the BNS Act against the petitioners/accused Nos. I to 6.
4. Learned counsel fbr the petitioners/accused Nos l to 6 submitted that the pet itioners/acc u sed Nos.l to 6 have no role in the alleged crime and that the said allegation is not proper and they are falsely implicated in the said crime and that they would abide by any conditions that ma1' be imposed by this Cour-t and shall cooperate with the Police Authorities in the event of they being enlarged on bail,

6. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, it is considered opinion ol this Court that the petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 4 are not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail, whereas it is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner Nos.2, 5 and 6 i.e., accused Nos.2, 5 and 6 subject ro the following conditions:_
