Petition under Articre 226 0f rhe constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be preased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particurarry one in the nature of writ of Mandamus decraring the action of the Respondents in alrowing the current Managing committee of Respondent No. 4 Bank to continue in office despite the failure of the Generar Body Meeting dated 2g.03.2026 as iilegar, arbikary, and in violation of the TCS Act, 1964 and consequenfly Directing Respondent No. 2 to appoint a speciar officer t person-ln-charge under section 21-AA of the TCS Act, 1964 to manage the affairs of the Bank.
Petition under section 1s1 cpc praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be preased to forthwith Direct the Respondent No. 2 to appoint a speciar officer / person-rn-charge under section 21-AA of the TCS Act, 1g64 to manage the affairs of the Bank, continues to manage Bank funds, hord iilegar meetings, and draw sitting fees, causing ross to the Banks members, pending disposal of the writ petition.
