2. Heard Mr-M.P.K.Aditya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhakar Peri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.4. Perused the record I { rl
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted a copy of acceptance of guideship of ph.D scholar, stating that Dr.K.Prasanna Lakshmi, who is the faculty member in the Department of tVlechanical Engineering, JNTUH has accepted the petitioner, as her ph.D scholar for guiding her in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, bearing H.T.No.25103009 under the Ph.D Program 2025-26, External (part Time) ph.D Hence. he seeks to close the writ petition.
4. ln view of the said submission and written instructions placed by the learned Standing Counsel, . the interim suspension dated 16.03.2026 directing the respondents not to fill up one ph D guide vacancy in Mechanical Engineering, pursuant to the fresh notification stands vacated.
Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed SD/-C.
