COMMON JUDGMENT :
CMA.No. 1903 of 2003 and CMASR.No. 8864 of 2004 are filed against the award and dated 24-10-2002 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge), Nalgonda in OP.No. 593 of 2000.
