4. f'he Applicant and the respondents have entered into a lease deed date<l 24.05.2023 at vijayawada on specific terms and conditions mentioned therein. According to the applicant, there are disputes between the Applicant and the respondents I and 2 with regard to the said lease deed. Therefore, invoking clause 14 of the said lease deed, the Applicant has issued notice dated 08.10.2024 to the respondent Nos.l and, 2. Despite receiving and acknowledging the notice, there is no response from the respondent Nos. I and 2. Therefore, it has filed the present application.
5. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice'of this court that in similar circumstances, vide order dated 07.02.2024 in Arb.Appl.I{o.96 of 2023, this court appointed Sri Justice A. Rajashekar \
I I Reddy, Former Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

It is apt to note that Sri Justice A.Rajapekhar Reddy, Former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Lokayukta for Telangana and therefore, both the learned counsel for the Applicant and respondent Nos.l and 2 sought to appoint an arbitrator other than Sri Justice A.Rajasekhar Reddy, Former Judge of this Court.
7. As discussed supra, there are disputes between the Applicant and respondent Nos. I and 2 with regard to the aforesaid lease deed dated 24.05.2013. The same are arbitrable in nature. The respondent Nos.l and 2 reports no objection in appointing fresh Arbitrator.
8. tn the light of the aforesaid discussion, the present Arbitration Application is allowed. Accordingly, Sri Justice Vilas V.Afzulpurkar Former Judge, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State l,ti li \ \ Nos.9440621404,9848025630, Flat No.401 & 402, Ruby, Lumbini Rockdale Apts., Beside Eenadu Office, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 82, is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Mobile parties. The parties are at liberty to take all the available pleas and defences before the learned sole Arbitrator consequently, miscella*eous petitions,. pehding if ffiy, in this Arbitration Application, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// Sd/.
