Counsel for the Petitioners in both GCs : Sri Manohar Reddy representing Sri S V Ramana Counsel forthe Respondent Nos.2 & 3 in both CCs : Sri G Vidya Sagar representing Sri Manoj Reddy Keshi Reddy The Court made the following: COftiMON ORDER

F IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD THE HONOURABLB SRI JUSTICE P.SAM KOSHY AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE"NAGESH BHBEMAPAKA Dated: 02.03.2026 C.C.No.452 of 2024: Between: P.Shiva Kumar & others AND Petitioners Respondents Mr.R.Tirupati, Prl.Secretary to Law Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad & others. COMMON ORDBR: (per Hon'ble SriJustice P.Sam Koshv) Heard Mr.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.S.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.G.Vidya Sagar, learned senior counsel representing Mr.Manoj Reddy Keshi Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record.

2. Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the respondents have produced a sealed cover showing compliance of the ordr:rs passed by the writ Court. The orders so far as regulari::ing the respective petitioners in these contempt cases are not in dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioners also accept the fact that the orders passed by the writ Court has been now complierl with and order of regularization has been issued.

3. tn view of the same, we are of the considered opinion that nothing further survives for the Contempt Court to proceed funher vrith the Contempt Case.

4. Further at this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the course of complying with the order of regularization, many of the petitioners particularly females have got their order of regularization at far of district places away from tht:ir earlier place of posting where they were working before regularization. This is causing some inconvenience both at the domestic front and also so far as travelling to the far of place leaving the family is concerned. It was also the contention of the learned c'ounsel that even after order of regularization having been passed, there are few candidates who have not joined for various

\ reasons and those places are lying vacant and therefore it was a request made for the respondents to try to accommodate these peoples who have been sent to far of place to be accommodated against these vacant posts in the nearby locations."

5. Learned senior counsel for the respondents however subrnits that this exercise is the one which needs to be done on the administrative side and which could definitely be outside the contempt jurisdiction. Nonetheless, he assures that if at all if the petitioners who have any individual grievances makes a representation in this regard, the respondent authorities shall make all endeavors in trying to redress their grievances particularly trying to fill up those posts which are lying vacant on account of the non-joining of the candidates pursuant to the order of regularization being passed.

6. Given the said submission by the learned counsel for the respondents, we expect that upon a representation being made by any individual petitioners, the respondents may consider the same sympathetically to the extent possible \ \

To,

7. Accordingly, these contempt cases stands disposed of and closed at this juncture. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. NAYANI CHANDRA SEKHAR RAO, DEPUTY REGISTRAR //TRUE COPY// OFFICER
