Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents no. 1 to 5 in not taking the action against illegal construction made by the

respondent no.6 and 7, in Sy.no.99 situated at Ramachandrapuram (V&M)

without permission, without teaving any setbacks and by encroaching into the land of the petitioner, basing on the compiaint made by petitioner dated 23-12_

2014 is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of, principals of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 of the constitution df lndia and also contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation , consequently direct the Respondents nod to 5 to take necessary action for removing the illegal construction which is made by the respondents no.

6 and 7 in Sy.no.99 of Ramchandrapuram (V&M) Medak district.
