ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed by this Court daled 08.04.2024 in W.P.No.4549 of 2024 by the respondents herein and to punish the Respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed in W.P.No.4549 ot 2024.
2. Heard Sri K G Krishna Murthy, learned Senior Counsel representing on behalf of Ms.K.Kiran lVlayee. learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-ll for respondents
3. This Court has passed order in W.P.4549 of 2024 on 08.04.2024 as under "This wit petition ls disposed of directing the respondents to finalize the senioity /rsls and consider fhe cases of petitioners for promotion as Agriculture Officers in accordance with law as per their eligibility and availability of vacancies. This exercise shall be completed within a peiod of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
4. Learned Government Pleader for Services-ll submits that the petitioner has been promoted as agricultural officer, in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.4549 ol 2024, dated 08.04.2024. Hence the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court and therefore, requested to close the contempt case-
5. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner conceded to the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Services-ll.
6. ln view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court is complied with by the respondents. Therefore, the contempt case is liable to be closed.
7. Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner ts at liberty to pursue the remedies in accordance with law, if aggrieved. There shall be no order aMo costs I
