COMMON ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.1 12 of 2024 on the file of PS Kalloor, Khammam District for the offences under Sections 447,448,294-8, 506, 379,427, 420 of lndian Penal Code and sections 3, 5 and 6 of TS Money lending Act (for short 'thd Act') and Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code (for short 'Cr.P.C.').
It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed t I I I
to record the compromise between them an<l to compound the offences
3. Vide order daled 23.12.2025, this Court rl .ected the parties along with their respective counsel to ap rear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committ::, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for ider tification and to submit a report by 08.0'l .2026.
4. Pursuant to the above said direction isstrr d by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary. I igh Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties ; nd submitted a report and the same is placed on record.
