Mr.Madiraju Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.l and 2, has produced appointment orders, both dated 12.01.2026 to cotnend that the respondents have already complied with the order under contempt and issucd proceedings to both the petitioners appointing their services as Assistant Lecturers (State Scale) in the Department ot'Dance, School of Fine Arts, Suravaram Pratapa Reddy Telugu li University, in the scale of pay of Rs.2750-596( with ,effect from 01.04.1998. Copies of the same are placed ct record.

2. Mr.Nambi Krishna, leamed counsel representing Mr.G.Satyanarayana Yadav, learned countrr I for the petitioners, also confirmed the said fact.
