ORDER:
Heard Sri Abhinav Mahender Reddy Kar< adi, leamed counsel lor the petitionc
2. Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.35 of 201li He has filed the said suit for specific performance of agreemenl rf sale dated 26.05.2006.'l'he said suit was dismissed for default ot 01.07 .2024. Therefore, he has tltcd t.A.No.429 of 2024 seeking rr condone the detay of 27 days in fiting the apptication seeking to estoration of the said suit. He lras filed the said application on 27 .A ).2024. Even then the leamed trial Court is not disposing of the sei lapplication. Therefore. he has filed thc present revision.
3. Leamed counsel for the petitioner is seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose ofthe said application as expeditiously as possible.
4. In view of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents I to 3 is waived of by invoking powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
5. In the light of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing the leamed Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Medchal, to dispose of I.A.No.429 of 2024 in O.S.No.35 of 2018, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date olreceipt ofa copy of this order.
