Heard Mr. Polampelli Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present Civil Revision Petition has been hled by the petitioner seeking direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge at Zaheerabad for early disposal of I.A.No.7OO of 2O2O in O.S.No.222 of 2O2O, which is hled seeking partition and separate possession, no relief is sought against the respondents and therefore, notice dispensed with. \ li
3. Singular grievance of the revision petil ir:ner is that I.A.No.7OO of 2O2O was filed in 2O2O ab rg with the main suit O.S.No.222 of 2O2O and ha; not been disposed of after lapse of hve (O5) years ar cl therefore, sought direction for disposal of the said L \,. in a time bound manner.
4. In the circumstances state, the lear ted Junior Civil Judge, Zaheerabad, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.7OO of 2O2O within six (06) weeks frc m the date of receipt of copy of this order.
