ORDER
This Writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the ' respondentsinreleasingretiralbenefitstothepetitioner.
2. Heard Mr. M. Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, rearned Government preader for services-Ill, appearing for respondent -- \ Nos.1 to 4 and. learned Government Pleader for Services-I' appearing for respondent No.5. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself'
3. when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the tis raised in the present writ Petition has \ \ i I : i I
already bee:n adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.231lt8 of 2025, which was disposed of vide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also,
4. The atrove made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.231:iB of 2025, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate cf lOo/o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid.
