The present appeal is preferred against docket order dated 29.08.2025 in I.A.No.799 of 2025 in G.W.O.P.No.Z5 of 2025

passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Sangareddy.

According to the learned counsel for the appetl rnt, the birth day falls or.29.09.2025. Therefore, nothing remains ir the present appeal to adjudicate further.

In the light of the above, this appeal is liable to rc dismissed, and accordingly, dismissed. However, liberty is gr mted to the petitioner to prefer fresh appeal, if so advised.
