This Civil Revision Petition is filed by t re petitroner seekrng to direct the learned ll Additional Junior I rvil Judqe at Nalgonda (for short 'the learned trial Court') dispose of I A No 418 of 2024 in O S No 510 of 2023
02. Heard Sri P. Shiva Reddy, learned c: rnsel for the petitioner and perused the record

During the course of submissions, leir red counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above nterlocutory Application pertains to the year 2024 and that th,: learned trial Court has been adlourning the matter from time trt iime without any substantive progress. lt was further submitted that the said lnterlocutory Application is of an urgent nature and ought to have been disposed of within a period of thirty (30) days Hence, he prayed for a drrection to the learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of the same
04. ln view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and since lnterlocutory Applrcation pertains to the year 2024, lhe learned trial Court is drrected to dispose of l.A.No418 of 2024 in O SNo510 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order 05 With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
