ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.2171 of 2023 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-lV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Medchal Malkajgiri at L.B.Nagar registered for the offences urder section 419, 42O of lndian Penal Code and section 15(3) of lnclian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Heard Smt. lndira, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondenl-State. There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2. Perused the record.
3. Though the petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted her prayer to the extent of expeditious disposal of the calendar case before the trial Court'
