Heard Mr. A.Venkatesh, leamed Senior Counsel representing Ms. L.Vani, leamed counsel for the petitioner.
2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Vl Additional Judicial Magistrate of First I.A.No.189 of 2024 in O.S.No.40 of 2024.
3. Petitioner is plaintiff in O.S.No.4O of 2024. He has filed the aforcsaid suit against the respondents seeking declaration of title, l C.R.P. No.4495 of 2025 ...Petitioner Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned II Additional Class, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, L.B.Nagar, to dispose of recovery of possession and to declare sale deed as illegal etc. Along I I II t. Z I II with the said suit, he has filed an interlocutory rpplication i.e., l.A.No.37 of 2024 restraining respondenr No.3 from suit schedule property, till disposal of the suit.
