After arguing the matter for some time, Sri Vadlakonda Ravi Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with tiberty to challenge the Award dated 11.01.2023 in O.S.No.50 of 2022 passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Karimnagar. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the appeal.
