ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by tl-re petitioners- plaintiffs seeking to direct the learned Princillal Junior Civil Judge, tVliryalaguda, Nalgonda District (for sht,r 'learned trial Court') for expeditious disposal of l.A.No 14 of 2025 in O S No 38 of 2025 02 ,Heard Sri G.Sundaresan, learned :ounsel for the petitioners-plaintiffs

During the course of submissions. the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the lA.No.14 of 2025 \ I is not disposed of finally, even after filing of the counter and he prayed for a direction to the learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.i4 of ZO25 in O S.No.3g of 2025 pending on the file of learned trial Court.
04. ln view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned trial Court rs directed to dispose of the lA No 14 of 2025 in O S No.38 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of thrs Order.
