ORDER:
Mr P.Nageshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners by filing a letter dated 06.11.2025 betore the registry for withdrawal of the case submits that the petitioners intend to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition against C.C.No.14936 of 2024 and therefore, seeks to withdraw the criminal petition. ln view of the said submission, no further orders are required for adjudication in this mafler. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition.
