ITON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSITMAN Hear'c Ms. Rakshitha Karva, Iearned counsel representing Ms. Bokaro Sapna Reddy, Iearned counser for the petitioner.

2. Ttris revision is fired under Articre _ 227 of the constitution of India, seeking a direction to tI Additional District Judge _ cum _ I Additional Irretroporitan sessions Judge - cum - II special Sessions Judge - cum - Family court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District, to dispose of FCOP No 6 I I of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

3. The:petitioner herein has filed the aforesaid FCop No.6l l of 2023 against the respondent under Section - 13 (ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marri;rge Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of marriage on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. According to the petitioner, learned trial Court is not disposing of the said FCop in accordance with law within a reasonable time. But, in the entire grounds of revision, the petitioner has; not mentioned as to on what ground the petitioner is seeking dispc,sal of the aforesaid FCOP which is of the year 2023 as expeditious\ as possible. ln ground No'4' the petitioner has tpecifically contended that the respondent did not frle counter and \ \ j j i, ;l ,i I \,

-\ thereby the Court has proceeded with ex parte. Thereafter, the respondent has filed a petition to rrct aside the ex parte order and the s€une was allowed. Since then, the case underwent adjournments. On the said ground, the petitioner is expeditious disposal of the aforesaid FCOP. On the said gror court cannot direct Ieamed Fam,y court to dispose of the sai //TRUE COPYII ,STAN OFF'CER several seeking und, this d FCOP as expeditiousry as possibre. The disputes between the parties are matrimonial in nature. The aforesaid FCOp is of the year 2023. Learned Fam,y court has to conduct counsering to the parties, consider the rivar craims, the evidence let in by them, both orar and documentary anddecide the aforesaid FCOp. Therefore, this Court is not incrined to direct the trial court to dispose of the said Fcop as expeditiously as possible as sought by the petitioner. Thus, the present revision is liable to be dismissed.
