ORDER:

Heard Sri Srinivas Mantha, leamed counsel representing Sri S.Malla Rao, leamed counsel for the petitioner.

2. Leamed counsel for the petitioner has not filed any proof of service in compliance with the order dated 25-07.2025.

3. This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to set aside the order dated 11.07.2025 passed in I.A.No.44 I of 2025 in O.S.Nos.588, 590 and 591 of 2022 bv the Senior Civil Judge - cum - Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally.

Vide the aforesaid order, learned trial Court dismissed the said apptication fited by the petitioner under Section 151 oICPC ttr adduce evidence of the defendants and marking of.the documents by the delendants on their behalf by mentioning that this Court directed to that the objections at the time of marking of documents and the trial Court shall pass appropriate orders.

5. Leamed counsel for the petitioners would contend that the said documents i.e. photographs 33 in number corresponding to Compact Disc (CD) was marked by the trial Court as Ex.B.l40.

In the lighr of rhe same, nothing remains in the present revision to ad.iudicate further, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions and grounds which they have raised in the present revision before the trial Court and with a direction to the trial court to consider the same.

In the light ol the said submission, this revision is disposed of, in the absence of the respondenrs, granting liberty to both the petitioner and the respondents to raise alt the contentionVgrounds which they have raised in the present revision before the triar court and it is for the trial Court to consider the same.
