respondents seeking partition and separate possession of suit schedule properties. The said suit was dismissed vide iudgment dated 22.06.2016 passed by leamed Judge, Family Court - cum - VII

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

F'eeling aggrieved by the said judgment, the appellants preferred the present appeal.

The appellants filed a suit in O.S. No.66 of 2013 against the During pendency of the present appeal, the appellants filed t I

an interlocutory application vide I.A,. No.2 of 2016 (ASMP No'23 14

of 2016), seeking interim injunction. Vide order da ed 23.01.2017, this Court granted interim injunction. Even then, the r spondents have alienated the said properties to third parties. \.\, rile so, due to intervention ol elders, the purchasers expressed tlr ir readiness to compensate the appellants herein for the loss rley sustained.

Therefore, the appellants are not intending to purs re the present appeal. Accordingly, they have fited I.A. No. 1 of 2 )25 seeking to permit them to w.ithdraw the present appeal.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons mer tioned in the accompanying affidar.it, I.A. No. I of 2025 is allowed Consequently, A.S. No.994 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. In thr circumstances ofthe case, there sha[[ be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications. f any, pending in the appeal case shall stand closed.
