Heard Sri Abhinav Mahender Reddy Kanda, leamed counsel for the petitioner.

This revision is filed under Article 227 of ttre Constitution of India seeking a dircction to learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri Disrricr at Medchal, to dispose of I.A.No.430 of 2024 in O.S.No.35 ol20l8 filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 01.07.2024 and to restore the suit which was dismissed for delault to its original position. Though the said application was filed on 21 .09.2024, lcamed trial Court is not disposing of the said application. fhe said suit is lor specific performance of agreement of sale, which was dismissed tbr default on 01.07.2024. Therefore, the petitioner herein has filed the aforesaid I.A. No.430 of 2024 tnder Order IX Rr-rle 9 olCPC] to set aside the order dated01.07.2025 and restore the suit to its original position. \ J Considering the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner, notice to thc respondents herein is waived by invoking the powers of this Court under Article 226 olthe Constitution of India I

In the light of the above discussion, this Civit Revision Petition is disposed of directing the leamed Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal, to dispose of I.A-No.430 of 2024in O.S.No.35 of 2018 filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 01.07.2024 and to restore the suit to its original position, strictly in accordance with law, as exPeditiously as possible' Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any' in this revision shall stand closed.
