In paragraph No.27 of the order dated 07.11.2025 in C.C. No.1378 of 2024, names of High Court, Parties to the citation and the mode of citation are wrongly typed as “Partna High Court”, “Anand Mohan Saran v. State of Bihar” and 2018 SCC OnLine Pat 2035” instead of “Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh”, “Anand Mohan Saran v. Anil Kumar” and 2024:PHHC:147655-DB”, respectively.
In the light of the above, this matter is listed today under the caption ‘for being mentioned (suo motu)’. Therefore, the aforesaid typographical mistake has to be rectified and accordingly the same is rectified.
The Registry is directed to issue a corrected copy of the order.
