Hr:ard Sri Abhinav Mahender Reddy Kanda, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal, to dispose of, I.A.No.432 of 2024 in O.S.No.35 of 2018 filed under Rule 33 of Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders,1990 read with Section l5l of Code of Civil Pr,rcedure, 1908 by the petitioner to pennit his General Porver of Attorne'/ Holder Sri Venkannagari Surender Rao s/o Venkannagari Hanumtrntha Rao, to represent on his behalf in all subsequent suit proceedings in O.S.No.35 of 2018. Though the said application was filed orr 27.09.2024, learned trial Court is not disposing of the said applicat.ion. The said suit is for specific perforrnance of agreement of sale, w:rich was dismissed for default on 01.07.2024. The petitioner herein 'ras also filed I.A. No.430 of 2024 under Order IX Rule 9 of CPC to set aside the order dated 01.07.2025 and restore the suit to its originaI position. The same is also pending.

3. Considering the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is waived by invoking power of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of lndia'

In the light of the above discussion, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the leamed Principal Senior Civil Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal, to dispose of I.A.No.432 of 2024 in O.S.No.35 of 2018 filed by the petitioner seeking to permit his General Power of Attorney Holder Sri Venkannagari Surender Rao s/o Venkannagari [lanumantha Rao, to represent on his behalf in all subsequent suit proceedings in O.S.No.35 of 20t8, itrictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
