Sri Immaneni Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, on 'instructions, would submit that the appellants herein have already paid entire decreetal amount to the respondent in the year 2007 itself. They have also entered into a settlement and also furnished a copy of the said settlement.

Sri K.S.sai Pavan, leamed counsel for the respondent also confirms the said settlement and that the appellants are discharged from their liability in the impugned judgment.

In the light of the same, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
