2. This appeal is filed challenging the Jrr lgment and Decree dated14.12.201l in O.S.No.182 of 2001 tn the file of the learned Il Additional Senior Civil Judge, Wara rgal.

3. Vide the aforesaid Judgment and L), cree dated 14.12.2011 , the learned trial Court decreed the sui filed by the respondent/plaintiff for recovery of an amount I s.8,73,956/- along with interest and costs.

4. It is submitted by both learned counsel for t Le appellants and learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of the present appeal suit, the parties h:r 'e settled the matter outside the Court and the appellants her: n have paid the entire amount covered under the said judgme r and decree, including interest and costs. The said fact is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
