guntas in Sy.No. 197, situated at Khajipally Village, .linnaram Manclal, Sangaleddy District, under the Sadabainama, datcd 25.01.1()11. His Iather died on 06.08.2019. After thc death of his firther, lre lias succeeded thc subject property' In prool'ol the sarne, he has hled the copies of the old pattadar passbook and title deed. He has submitted F-line application bearing No.DER02250it221991, dated 24.08.2025 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line application, rcspondent No.3 did not act upon the satne.
