Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of tndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs Order or Direction declaring and setting aside the proceedings of the 3d Respondent in Cr.No.C3/41t2O24tDCH dated 28.02.2024 confirming the order passed by the 4th Respondent vide Cr.No.B4l 121112017, Dt. 22.12.2023 suspending the license of petitioner bearing No. 07 in respect of its TTCS Turabnagar Group, Turab Nagar Toddy shop retail toddy shop as wholly illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction contrary to the provisic'ns of Telangana Excise Act 1968 and rules made thereunder.
