Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owncr ancl possessor of Ac.O.l6 guntas in Sy.No.42dl, Acs.l3.i2 lt1 Sy.No.44lo:, Ac.0.07 guntas tn Sy.No.43/b and Acs.7.37 guntas in Sy.No.4 1/d, total land adrneasuring Acs.22.l 2 guntas, situated at Khudabakshupally Village, Marriguda Mandal, Nalgonda District. In prool-of the same, shc has filed thc copies of pattadar passbook and title clecd. It is a patta land. Even then the said land is mentioned in Prohibitcd Properties list. Therefbre, she has subrnitted an application bearing No.28160090204, dated I 1.06.2025 with a request to delete the subject property fi'om the list of I'}rohibited Propefties list.
