The Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O. 1200 guntas in Sy.No.196/Ceo1; Ac.0.3500 gunras in Sy.No.l96lCe9; Ac.0.3600 guntas in Sy.No.l97le9; Ac.0. 1800 guntas in Sy.No.l99lBeo1 and Ac.1.1400 guntas in Sy.No. 199/8e9, situated at Mandoddi Village, Rajoli Mandal, Gadwal Division Jogulamba Gadwal District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. He has submitted F-Line application bearing No.DER02250ll93g99, dated, 29.05.2025, to respondent No.5, with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject properfy by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application, respondent No.5 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.5, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. I I

3. Whereas. the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on ir.structions, would submit that respondent No.5 wil consider the F-l-ine application submitted by the petitioner strictly ir.; accordance vvith, law

In the light of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is .disposed of, directing respondent No.5 to consider the F-Line application bearing No. DER02250l183999, dated 29.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner with a request to conduct a survey and dernarcate the subject property by fixrng boundaries, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.ii is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a r:opy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within forty-five (45) working days from the date ofreceipt ofa ccpy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
