ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2-20 guntas in Sy.No.630/6 and Ac.0-26 guntas in Sy.No.643l3, situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District. [n proof of the same, she has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. According to the petitioner, the said land is patta land. Even then, in the latest passbook, it is mentioned as "Lavoni patta". In proof of the same, she has filed pahanies for the years 1975-76, 1987-88, 1988-89, t995-96, t996-97, 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2003- 04, 2009 -1 0, 20 I 0- I L, 201 t -12, 2012-13, 2013 -I4, 20t 4-l 5, 20 I 5-
16. [n the copies of the said pahanies, the subject land is mentioned as 'patta land'. According to the petitioner, there is wrong entry in the latest passbook and title deeds. She has submitted an online application bearing No.2500051638 dated tt
01.07.21)25 to respondent No.3 with a request to correct the wrong entries iurd issue fresh e-pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.3, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. $/hereas, the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenur), on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will consider the said online application submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. Irr the light of the said submissions, the writ petition is disposecl of directing respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid online application bearing No.2500051638 dated 01.07.2(t25 submitted by the petitioner and take steps in accordance with the procedure laid down under law. If respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt ofa coprr sf 15is order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, misiellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. SD/. M.
