Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4.

Petitioner herein is claiming that it is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring of Acs.l2.24 guntas in Sy.No.l01, Ac.0.35 guntas in Sy.No.102, Acs.2.l4 guntas in Sy.No.l03, Ac.l.14 guntas in Sy.No.104, Ac.l.l6 guntas in Sy.No.l09, Acs.9.10 guntas in Sy.No.l10, Acs.9.36 guntas in Sy.No.lll/A, Ac. 0.26 guntas tn Sy.No.l ll/8, Acs.2-23 guntas in Sy.No.1 12, Acs.l.19 guntas in Sy.No.l 13, Acs.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.120, Ac.l.20 guntas in Sy.No.273, Ac.l.l5 guntas 1n Sy.No.277 and Acs.2.11 guntas 1n Sy.No.278, situated Thammara Bandapalem Village, Kodad Mandal, Suryapet (Nalgonda) District. In proof of the same, it has filed the copies of latest pattadar passbook and title deeds. It has submitted F-line application bearing No.D8R022501200556,

Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F_linr: application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.L.Rar,inder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue. cn instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will consider the said F-line application in accordance with law by pulting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and aflbrding them an opportunity.

In the liglrt of the said submission, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the said F-lirLe application bearing No.DER022501200556, dated 01 .02.2025 submitted by the petitioner with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries, in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. ,J request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate copy of the same to the petitioner. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within a period of forty five (45) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
