Petitioncr herein is clainring that hc is the absolute owner and possessor o1' land aclmeasuring Ac.0.29 guntas in Sy.No.24 I iEi 1 and Acs.2.l4 guntas in Sy.No.239lC/1, situated at Lingampally Vitlage, Bacl'rannapet Manda[, Jangaon District, undel the registcrcd sale dced bearing Document No.538 of 2009, dated 21.02.2009. In proof of the same, he has filed the copies of latest. pattadar passbook, title deed, Adangal, etc. He has subrnitted F-tine application bearing No.DER022501192169, dated I7.06.2025 with a request to conduct survey and dernarcate the subject propefty by fixing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same.
